Terms of Business

The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings. For more information please contact us.

DJ Hire from Splash Discos
  1. When a booking is taken, the client will be asked to pay a £50 deposit, sometimes more depending on total price, when this is received a booking confirmation will be sent out.

  2. If the deposit is not received within fourteen days of the date when the booking was requested, we reserve the right to accept other bookings.

  3. The outstanding balance must be received at least fourteen days prior to the function date. Alternatively, the balance may be paid on the date of the function, at the start time in cash. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the immediate termination of the contract.

  4. If the client cancels a booking the deposit will not be refunded.

  5. We require access to the function room at least one hour prior to the start time to set up the equipment.

  6. The client must ensure that the function room is equipped with at least one standard unshared 13 amp 240 volt power socket.

  7. The client will ensure there is adequate supervision of guests.

  8. Our staff will conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner at all times at the venue, and will respond to the client's requests.

  9. Extra playing time will be granted where feasible, subject to the agreement of the venue officials. Extra playing time will be charged at the rate of £25 per half hour, to be paid in cash before the extra time period commences.

  10. When the event has ended we will require approximately forty minutes to remove our equipment and vacate the premises.
